This project integrates protocols like KNX, Modbus, BACnet, and M-Bus. The complex features its own electrical, heating, and energy production, allowing energy to be used internally or sold, depending on market prices. The NETx BMS Server ensures centralized control, managing production and consumption while initiating energy-saving modes by shutting down non-vital systems during excessive consumption. Critical events are monitored and predicted through constant online tracking.

A significant focus was placed on the graphical design of the control interface, ensuring high ergonomic and aesthetic standards for easy navigation and user-friendly visualization.

Since its expansion, PlusCity has become one of Europe’s most modern shopping centers. With a 70,000 m² sales area, 220 stores, and a €140 million investment, it is Austria's third-largest shopping center. Upgrades include a cinema, streetcar terminal, and new parking garage.

The NETx BMS Server integrates KNX, DALI, and DMX for central lighting control, enabling daylight-adaptive lighting and optimizing parking deck energy use. In the Hollywood Megaplex, it combines lighting control with cash desk and building systems for automated operations.

The NETx MaRS Module tracks energy consumption, enabling cost analysis and long-term savings through detailed monitoring and comparisons.
