L´Essence Residential is a building complex with 36 apartments in which the common area like lighting (ground floor and garages) garage exhaust system, water, waste water and rain water pumps are controlled. Futhermore, there ar time schedules and timers for switching on the swimming pool cascades and sauna. The apartments have a panic button, a gas leakage sensor as well as sensorts at the entrance doors, that are monitored be the NETx BMS Server.
