We use several cloud-based services provided by Zoho Corporation Pvt.   • Zoho CRM
    We use Zoho CRM to manage our customer and prospect relationships. Data is processed for the purpose of handling inquiries, providing offers, fulfilling contracts, and delivering customer support. 
  • Zoho Campaigns
    We use Zoho Campaigns to send newsletters and marketing emails. The following data may be processed: Email address, name (if provided), interaction data (e.g., open rates, click behavior). Emails are sent only with your explicit consent (double opt-in). You may revoke your consent at any time.
  • Zoho Sites
    Our website or parts of it are hosted using Zoho Sites, which may set essential cookies and process technical data such as: IP address, browser type and version, language settings, date and time of access, this data is used to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website.
  • Zoho PageSense
    We use Zoho PageSense for web analytics and user behavior optimization. This includes tracking interactions such as clicks, scrolling, visit duration, and device characteristics. The data helps us improve usability and content relevance.
  • Zoho SalesIQ
    We use Zoho SalesIQ for live chat and visitor tracking. The following information may be collected: Anonymized IP address, estimated location, visited pages, duration of visit, voluntarily submitted chat content. If you contact us via chat, the information you provide will be used to respond to your inquiry.

Data Transfers to Third Countries
Zoho may process data on servers located outside the EU (e.g., India or the USA). Data transfers are carried out in compliance with Art. 46 GDPR based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized safeguards. Where possible, data is stored in EU-based data centers.
